While Nicktoons has gone smoothly with their screenbugs and graphic identification, occasionally there have been times where things have gone haywire. This work-in-progress list details instances where Nicktoons/Nicktoons Network has had errors with their screenbugs, split-screen credits, graphic identifications, and sometimes even the shows themselves!

April 7, 2007 | The Kappa Mikey episode "Like Ozu, Like Son" premiered with multiple errors. The 3HM/Nicktoons Network bug did not appear during the intro. The Big TV rating bug reappeared after the intro. The "You're Watching" and "Up Next" banners glitched 3 times throughout the episode. May 9, 2008 | During a rerun of the Rugrats episode "Dust Bunnies / Educating Angelica", the Nicktoons Network feed was suddenly changed to an NHL game which was being broadcast on NBC at the time. The NBC network feed was likely intended to go to master control and not to the network output, and as a result the screenbug was still present at the time of the airing. After a few minutes of the game continuing to air on the network's output, Nicktoons switched to emergency programming already in progress. | |
